Dear Syracuse Tile & Marble, Inc. customers,
At Syracuse Tile & Marble, we hold the health & safety of all of our customers & employees in the highest regard. The health & safety procedures & standards that we currently practice on a daily basis between our facility & projects sites have been reviewed and adjusted in the interest of everyone’s well being amidst the heightened current awareness and concern about COVID-19.
We monitor & employ suggested best practices daily from the CDC along with all governing agencies on a regular basis so we are not only in compliance but are offering the absolute best and safest possible experience to our valued customers and employees. Any changes will be evaluated & posted as we become aware.

We ARE CURRENTLY OPEN & AVAILABLE to serve our customers needs with our staff following guidelines in compliance with the current requirements as dictated by the state. While appointments are not necessary, we suggest that customers call ahead so we may be able to efficiently address your needs along with limiting the amount of showroom traffic. We also encourage both customers & employees to follow personal protective & social distancing recommendations and please stay home if you are experiencing any cold or flu like symptoms. As always, we will do everything we can to accommodate your schedule. Please do not hesitate to call if you require installation advice or assistance or just have an interest in any products and we will do our best to provide you with the best virtual experience we can .
Our showroom staff is sanitizing all common surfaces and anything that would be touched regularly so we ask that customers who choose to visit please ask for assistance removing any samples so we can keep everything sanitized for everyone’s safety. Latex gloves are recommended if you want to handle the sample and we have sanitizer on hand in the showroom as well.

We realize and greatly appreciate that you have entrusted us with your project and welcome us into your homes and are taking additional precautions to ensure a safe and successful project! INSTALLATIONS WILL RESUME IN ORDER OF ORDER RECEIPT. As field operations resume, our team members will disinfect their hands upon entering and leaving your home, wear masks for your safety & theirs and will apply an additional application of cleaner to ensure that your new countertops are disinfected.
